TERMS AND TRAVEL CONDITIONS OF VIPTES Chauffeur Service

1. GENERAL INTRODUCTION

EuroGo Chauffeur Service (below also called, for convenience, ECS) is an individual Company.

EСS manages airports/train stations/ports/hotels transfer services around France, Austria and Slovakia through online bookings made on its own website eurogo.life (below also called, for convenience, “The site”) by its customers.

These terms and travel conditions, together with the information set out on our website and on your voucher, are the agreement between ECS and their customers and are applicable to all bookings made through the ECS website.

Please, read these terms and conditions carefully before making your booking. By making a booking on our website you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they are modified and posted on our website from time to time as well as other information contained in the website and in your voucher.

If you do not wish to be bounded by these terms and conditions then unfortunately you cannot make an order via our website.

ECS directly carry out the transportation booked.

2. BOOKING ONLINE

To ensure that ECS provides you with the best possible experience, ECS handles all bookings through the dedicated WhatsApp service. This allows to personalize your booking and answer any questions you may have before finalizing your reservation.

3. TRANSPORTATION

ECS offers transportation services with different sizes of vehicles as cars for 1 up to 3 passengers, and minibuses for up to 7/8 passengers.

Through the Site, ECS offers different types of transfers in a different locations, depending on the availability of its suppliers and/or according to the needs of the customers.

All services offered by ECS are door-to-door services. However, there are some destinations where it is not possible to arrive by vehicles, such as some hotels in Vienna centre, and Bratislava Centre (this list is illustrative but not exhaustive). In these cases, the Clients must contact the ECS offices in order to verify and confirm the departure times and the meeting points of their transfer. In cases in which the Clients do not contact ECS and miss their transfer, ECS will not refund anything to the clients.

All the vehicles used by the ECS suppliers are NOT allowed to smoke and it is not allowed to introduce the ECS supplier's vehicles alcoholic beverages or drugs with the intent to consume.

All the ECS drivers have the right to refuse transport to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour places the driver, vehicle or other passengers in danger, in its absolute discretion.

4. RESPONSIBILITY

It is the client’s responsibility to check that every detail on the voucher is correct and corresponds to the information given at the time of reservation. Any mistakes or errors must be communicated by email to hello@eurogo.life before effecting the transfer.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide a valid phone number of at least one of the passengers, including the Country code, in case of emergency or communication. In case of the passenger has not had a valid phone number he must provide the phone number of the hotel or residence or apartment where the passengers stay. Any changes in departure pick-up times will be announced by phone or text messages by ECS within 24 hours preceding the service. It is the passenger’s responsibility to check any messages received on the mobile phone or at the reception of the Hotel or Residence.

In case no contact number is given in the reservation, it is the client or passenger’s responsibility to be in touch with ECS to confirm the pick-up time. In case the are no possibilities to contact clients or passengers to communicate changes in scheduled pick-up times and/or other information that can make the passengers lose the transfer or the flight, and neither the client nor the passengers have contacted ECS, nothing will be refunded to the clients or passengers

5. INSURANCE

All vehicles used by ECS suppliers are fully insured for civil liability towards third parties under current laws of the country where services are effected.

It is, however, recommended to subscribe to personal travel insurance to cover all passengers in the event of cancellation, assistance in case of an accident, loss of luggage, loss of money and so on.

6. DELAYS

ECS is not responsible for verifying delays in any flight, train, ship or other means of transport used by the client but it is the responsibility of the client to notify any delays to the ECS office so that they can manage these situations.

In case the Client has booked a private transfer and there is a delay of the flight or ship, train, or other means of transport used by the client, the driver of ECS will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. After 60 minutes of waiting, upon notice from the client and acceptance of him, a will be applied supplement of 25,00 € for each hour or a fraction of an hour if the client has booked a car or a minibus for up to 8 passengers in Slovakia (50,00 € per hour or fraction of hour in Austria).  If the client does not communicate the delay of more than 60 minutes or refuses to pay the price for the wait, the driver will be free and the client will have missed the transfer. Nothing will be refunded to the client.

ECS will ensure that all vehicles will be on time as indicated in the reservation, but specifies that in no case will it be responsible for any consequences suffered by the Client as a result of transfers unable to arrive on time due to circumstances beyond the control of ECS not directly related to the driver, such as force majeure (accidents, heavy traffic, unexpected road detours, bad weather, stop for police control, etc.)

It is possible for the Client to make a documented and well-motivated request for a refund in the amount of the transfer previously paid if the service requested was not carried out or completed, and was not a result of force majeure or the Client's own decision, having renounced the service in cases as described in the next article 8.

7. BAGGAGES

Each passenger is allowed to bring one suitcase and one carry-on bag. Passengers may carry with them one pair of skis or a snowboard, which must be declared at the time of booking. Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking in the "Special Requests" field on the Site. ECS reserves the right to apply any surcharge for excess baggage if this involves the use of a larger vehicle than would normally be used for the number of passengers number booked. ECS will do everything to accommodate special requests in the space indicated by its clients, but it is not, however, obliged to do

If clients are travelling with golf bags or bikes, for which there will be an extra charge, these must be indicated in the booking form on the Site. If they are not indicated in the reservation, ECS may refuse the transport of golf bags or bikes that were not declared in the booking form.

All luggage must be labelled with the owner’s name and the destination. The baggage is the sole responsibility of the customer who will not be entitled to any refund for lost or damaged luggage. Luggage forgotten in the vehicle will be delivered to the address supplied by the customer at his own expense.

8. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, REFUNDS

Booking cancellation may only be effected via email to hello@eurogo.life and will be confirmed, by email, by ECS. If the Client does not receive an email confirming the cancellation of service, it is the Client's responsibility to call the ECS office. Booking cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to the execution of the service. In this case, no penalty will be applied and ECS will refund the cost of the booked transfer and supplements where applicable. If cancellation is effected within the seven days prior to the execution of the service, no refund is available to the Client.

ECS reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time, if it is not able to guarantee the correct execution of the service, reimbursing the cost of the service booked

All payments made will be refunded only if cancelled by ECS.

Nothing can affect the client’s statutory rights.

Any changes in your reservation must be emailed to hello@eurogo.life at least 24 hours before the service. If the client does not receive the confirmation email of the change is his responsibility to call ECS, however, reserves the right to refuse the modifications.

Any complaints and refund requests must be emailed to hello@eurogo.life, within 30 days after the service date.

9. LANGUAGES

On the eurogo.life  web site is possible to make bookings in different languages. If any discrepancies in the translation from the English language to other languages will prevail, in any case, the English version of the website.

10. LAW AND JURISDICTION

The present Terms and Conditions are subject to Slovakian law
